Thailand - Second National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights (2023-2027)
Thailand's Second National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights (2023-2027) is a national policy framework designed to implement the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
It sets government actions and expectations towards state enterprises and businesses across four priority areas (labour; community, land, natural resources and environment; human rights defenders; and transboundary investment and multinational enterprises), including measures to encourage human rights due diligence in supply chains.
