About DiliCHANCE
DiliCHANCE is an international project funded by the European Commission. It was launched in October 2024 and runs for three years. It brings together highly experienced partners from business, science and civil society. Our mission is to support companies in mineral supply chains and turn due diligence into a success story.
From Challenges to Opportunities
While the demand for minerals is increasing, companies face major challenges in managing their global supply chains due to disruptions, intransparent data, and numerous regulations and standards. Many companies perceive due diligence as an administrative burden, but some go beyond these obligations and successfully leverage it for strategic advantage. DiliCHANCE supports both beginners and experts in effectively integrating due diligence into their business practices and driving positive change.
The Digital One-Stop Shop for Mineral Supply Chains
DiliCHANCE offers on its website a digital One-Stop Shop for companies for the mobility, renewable energy, and electronics sectors. It features over 200 digital tools, regulations and standards. Our One-Stop Shop provides opportunities to discover webinars, interviews, and in-depth articles on specific aspects of due diligence.

DiliCHANCE offers benefits for companies, tool providers, as well as assurance and verification practitioners, as it:
- Provides an easy-to-use navigator that helps users navigate among several hundred regulations, standards, and digital tools.
- Develops a self-check tool for companies, offering a straightforward self-assessment and targeted access to learning materials tailored to their needs.
- Assesses the strengths and weaknesses of due diligence tools and supports tool providers in enhancing their technical and methodological maturity.
- Maps the current state of companies' due diligence practices and highlights pathways for improving the effectiveness of business operations.
- Advances assurance practices by publishing lighthouse cases on how to engage affected people and developing training modules for practitioners.

Ten Highly Experienced Project Partners
