The Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact

The UN Global Compact’s Ten Principles provide a universal framework for responsible business conduct in the areas of human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption. The initiative calls on companies worldwide to align their operations and strategies with ten fundamental principles derived from key international declarations.

The Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact are derived from:

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights
The ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work
The Rio Declaration on Environment and Development
The UN Convention Against Corruption
