The Chinese Due Diligence Guidelines for Mineral Supply Chain (Second Edition) are voluntary recommendations developed by the China Chamber of Commerce of Metals, Minerals & Chemicals Importers & Exporters (CCCMC). They help companies identify, prevent, and mitigate environmental, social, and governance risks in mineral supply chains, aligning with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance and international best practices.

The second edition aligns with international standards (OECD, UNGPs, EU Regulation 2017/821, US Dodd-Frank Act), introduces ten due diligence characteristics, adds a sixth step on remediation, and refines Type 1 (conflict-related) and Type 2 (social, environmental, economic) risks.
