The Indonesian Guidelines on Human Rights Due Diligence Guidelines (2026) are voluntary guidelines intended to help businesses prepare for the mandatory regulatory framework expected to be applicable from 2028 (currently a draft), by strenghtening their internal policies and due diligences processes.

- Identify, prevent, mitigate and address adverse impacts; embed respect for rights in decision-making.
