Chile - National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights

Chile's 2nd National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights 2022–2025 is a public policy coordinated by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights through its Undersecretariat for Human Rights. It implements the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. Its overall goal is to consolidate a culture of respect for human rights in business activity. Its specific objectives include promoting the adoption of due diligence processes in the business sector.
