What You Need to Know

Standard intended to consolidate established standards, defining responsible environmental, social and governance practices for all producers in the mining sector. The standard is currently under development. The draft of the standard makes reference to UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights as well as the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas.
