The Belgian Corporate Duty of Vigilance and Care in Value Chains (DOC 55 1903/003) proposes legal obligations requiring large companies to proactively identify, prevent, and mitigate risks related to human rights abuses and environmental harm across their entire value chains - including subsidiaries, subcontractors, and suppliers.
