Section 48 - Compliance & Indemnification
- Mining must follow proper systems and techniques under safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
- Companies must avoid harm to third parties as much as possible.
- If harm occurs, they are obliged to indemnify (compensate) affected parties for damages.
