How does this regulation relate to CSDDD?
The Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) focuses on company conduct and value chain responsibility, requiring firms to identify and address human rights and environmental risks. It does not ban products from the market.
In contrast, Regulation (EU) 2024/3015 directly prohibits placing or exporting products made with forced labour, adding a product-level enforcement layer that complements existing due diligence laws.
