Workshop: Data Processing and AI-Driven REE Forecasting
This workshop will explore how data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital technologies can support the management of Critical Raw Materials (CRMs) and Rare Earth Elements (REEs). Participants will gain insights into data handling and preprocessing techniques, machine learning and deep learning approaches for forecasting raw material trends, and the strategic role of critical raw materials in strengthening Europe’s economic and technological resilience.
The programme will also examine how digital tools can improve supply chain transparency, support decision-making, and enable more sustainable and circular value chains. Through expert presentations and discussions, participants will gain a better understanding of current challenges and emerging opportunities in the digital transformation of CRM value chains.
