Meet the Experts:

Anna Stancher, Responsible Minerals Initiative. Anna joined the RBA's Responsible Minerals Initiative in 2021. Previously she worked for a business association specialized in sustainability for business, where she assisted retailers and vendors across multi-industries to implement and innovate their due diligence systems. .

Mickael Daudin, International Tin Supply Chain Initiative. As Programme Manager, Mickael is responsible for delivery of the joint-industry programme. He is an expert in due diligence for mineral supply chains in conflict-affected and high-risk areas and in risk assessment and mitigation.

Marcella Klinker, TPV Technology. As Sustainability Specialist in Human Rights & Supply Chains, Marcella is responsible for preparing TPV for CSDDD compliance and further developing its human rights due diligence processes, serving as the key contact on social sustainability and supply chain topics.

Amy Good, Atlantic Copper. As Internal Control Coordinator, she oversees the implementation of the Responsible Sourcing of Minerals and Metals program. In this role, Amy serves as the link between the commercial teams—responsible for procuring copper concentrates and scrap metals—and Freeport’s Responsible Sourcing and Compliance teams, who conduct due‑diligence assessments on suppliers and the origins of the materials purchased.
