Tool Provider Workshop: Quantifying and Monetizing Supply Chain Risks
Identifying risks is a cornerstone of companies' sustainability due diligence processes. Many companies rely on digital tools to detect risks across their supply chains, but these risks are often presented as indicators or generic scores that may not fully convey their business impact. To effectively engage company representatives, especially at the board level, it is essential to translate these risks into financial terms. This approach mirrors proven methodologies from the insurance sector.
