Tool Provider Workshop #5: The Behavioral Drivers Behind Due Diligence Tool Usability & Adoption
This online workshop is designed for tool providers who want to understand the behavioral factors at play here, drawing on insights from behavioral science. Participants will leave with a sharper sense of where their own tools may be losing users between the result and the decision, and with practical angles for closing that gap. Register now for free to join this expert-led session and strengthen the usability and uptake of your tool.
A due diligence tool can flag a risk with total clarity, and the user still won't act on it. Somewhere between "here's the result" and "here's what I'll do about it," something breaks down: the score isn't trusted, the finding doesn't feel urgent, or the user simply doesn't return after the first assessment. This workshop looks at why that gap exists. We'll dig into why a clear risk signal doesn't automatically become a decision, why some users trust an automated score completely while others override or ignore it, and what actually happens between a first assessment and the moment a user stops coming back.
